Once we receive your request, we will confirm event details and provide a quote. A signed contract and a 30% booking deposit are required to secure your order.

Standard orders: At least 2 weeks in advance.

Custom orders (logos, LED signs, specialty items): At least 1 month in advance to allow for material sourcing.

Rush orders: We may accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability (additional fees may apply).

Yes! We can tailor balloon designs to your preferred colors, theme, or branding. Let us know your vision, and we’ll bring it to life.

Yes! This is included in your package. Our team will deliver, set up, and remove the balloon decor after your event (if applicable) at no additional charge.

Air-filled balloons can last several days to weeks when kept indoors.

Outdoor setups may be affected by heat, wind, and humidity. We will do our best to secure them, but we cannot guarantee longevity in extreme weather conditions.

A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.

We understand that circumstances can change, and we are flexible.

• 30+ days before the event: Full refund (including deposit).

• 15-29 days before: Full refund (excluding deposit).

• 8-14 days before: 50% refund.

• 7-13 days: 25% refund.

• Less than 7 days: No refund.

• All sales are final once delivered to you or your recipient.

We prefer to use our high-quality balloons to ensure durability and consistency. However, if you have specific balloons you'd like to use, let us know in advance—we'll confirm if they meet our standards.
